What consumer product can be used for my project that shows clear gender differences?
This is what I expected to do: The task here is to use gender analysis tool to examine a product / event / activity in our world. Toys, toy stores and catalogs, brochures clothes, music videos, video or computer games, greeting cards (baby, marriage, wedding, children's birthday) advertising of products beauty, commercials, television programs (for adults or children), popular music, Disney movies, - how gender is evident and plays in these everyday elements of our lives? Someone is using fashion magazines, someone is using a Disney movie, and another is using brats dolls. It will show in the magazine and on the wrists that the text demonstrates how these products are common features related to the female and male.
If you go for a consumer durable product, you will never be able to find a product that is to use any particular genre. For example, Scotty refers exclusively for girls, but I also found that children riding scooty. The only option that remains is to consider consumer goods / CPG category. This category also many products are becoming gender neutral. But even then, many products still have boundaries (please note, we should not consider exceptional cases).
